I know you’re probably here because you’re tired of those fitted jeans that won’t seem to fit your hips and legs, and just maybe, you want to decrease your weight. Right? Then let me tell you what I personally did to myself to lose 5 kg. last summer.
First and foremost, before I reveal you the trick in loosing weight, you must have the what I called “2D”: determination and discipline. There will be tough times but I want you to trust the process because as long as you have the 2D, you’ll gonna get there.
And the trick in loosing weight is: WATER! That’s it. That’s all. The best detox, I promise you.

I used to drink only when thirsty and after eating meals but I never realized how my body needed water more than food. Yes! We often confused thirst with hunger. What I did is that I installed an app on my phone called “Water Reminder”. Every hour, I receive notification to drink 350 ml water. After almost a month, it became my routine and I also increase my water intake.
I didn’t notice any changes on my body but people around me did! “You’re getting thinner”, they said. I was shocked, water therapy is indeed effective. Tomorrow upon waking up, I want you to drink 2 glasses of water, a glass before every meal to make you feel full and eat less and every hour in between those meals to stop you from craving unnecessary foods.
Not only this holy grail helps in loosing weight but it also helps organs in our body to function well.
If you also have time, engage yourself in those physical activities. During those two months in summer, I do intense and quick work outs in the morning when my body don’t feel lazy. But that’s optional. You can just do quick stretching, lol.
That’s it. Drink more, eat less.
